How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code and a link that will redirect you to the website of the company responsible, where you will find information on the status of your shipment.

When will my parcel be delivered and how much will it cost?

We ship with the Swiss Post tariff, standard B-Post up to 2 kg - 7.- Fr. You will usually receive your parcel in 2 - 3 working days. Faster deliveries are possible on request.

Can I also collect my rucksack?

You also have the option of picking up your rucksack. Simply contact us by email via WhatsApp or via our social media channels, Facebook or Instagram

Order & Payment

How can I place an order?

Once you have found the item you want, you can add it to your shopping basket by clicking on the "Buy" button on the product page. At the top right you can see how many products are in your shopping basket. Click on the icon to proceed to the checkout, enter your address details and select the desired payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been successfully completed. Didn't receive an email? Check your spam folder too.

What payment options are available?

In our webshop you can pay by credit card and prepayment by bank transfer or TWINT. If you select prepayment, the order will only be sent once payment has been received.

How do I use my voucher?

If you have a discount code, you can enter it in the appropriate field on the second page after your payment address and submit it.

Exchange & return

Can I exchange my product and what does it cost?

If you prefer a different product, you can return your backpack in its original condition within 5 days. As soon as we have received the parcel, we will send you the new product. You are responsible for the costs of the return and shipping.

Wrong delivery or defective product?

Contact us immediately or within 5 working days in the event of any defects or incorrectly delivered products. The products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition.

When will I get my money back?

The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in perfect condition.

Guarantee

My product is broken, what now?

All our products are made by hand on partly outdated machines. We work hard to keep our quality standards as high as possible and despite repeated checks, parts of your backpack or bag may occasionally tear prematurely or otherwise break without excessive use. We guarantee all our products for 1 year against prematurely worn material that has not been subjected to excessive stress. In this case, contact us immediately and we will check what the defects are and find a solution together.

When is there no guarantee?

If the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or any other negligent treatment, no warranty applies.
